How to print onto the W155 Organic Cotton Mesh Sacks

1. // Before you begin, ensure you have your transfer ready (for example, a DTF or vinyl transfer) and a Teflon sheet. 

2. // We recommend using a flatbed heat press to decorate onto this product. Set your machine to 145 degrees and the timer to 15 seconds. Insert a Teflon cushion inside the bag to raise the printing area. Pre-press the area for 5 seconds using a medium pressure (32-36 PSI) to remove moisture and creases from the bag, covering with the Teflon sheet. The Teflon sheet protects the fabric from direct heat.

3. // Place your transfer in the desired location and secure, and once again cover with a Teflon sheet. Once again using a medium pressure, press for 15 seconds. Once pressed, remove from the plate and allow to cool before removing the release paper.
145 degrees, medium pressure (32-36 PSI), 5 second pre-press, 15 second press.
