How to print onto our Patch Beanies

1. // Before you begin, ensure you have your transfer ready (for example, a DTF or vinyl transfer), and a rubber mat (or any heat-resistant material), with the patch shape cut out. 

2. // We recommend using a flat heat press. Set your machine to 145 degrees and the timer to 10 seconds. Place the beanie onto the heat press and pre-press for 5 seconds, covering it with the rubber mat, to reduce the risk of marking the product, this also removes any extra moisture in the product and helps the transfer logo adhere to the beanie.

3. // Place your transfer onto the cotton patch and, again, using the rubber mat for added protection, press for 10 seconds with a medium pressure.
145 degrees, medium pressure (32-36 PSI), 5 second pre-press, 10 second press.
