Certifications
GRS - Global Recycled Standard®
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an internationally recognised, voluntary certification that ensures the traceability of recycled materials through the supply chain. It establishes strict requirements for third-party verification of recycled content, ensuring credibility and transparency in sustainable production. The GRS goes beyond material certification by incorporating social and environmental criteria, including responsible chemical management and ethical labour practices. By adhering to GRS, we support the increased use of recycled materials, reduce dependence on virgin resources, and promote a more circular and responsible textile industry.
OCS - Organic Content Standard®
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) ensures that products contain organically grown materials that have been independently verified at every stage of the supply chain, from raw source to final product. The OCS provides a rigorous certification process, guaranteeing transparency and integrity in organic textile production. The Organic 100 Content Standard, a subset of OCS, specifically certifies that 100% of the fiber content is organic. By following OCS standards, we support sustainable farming practices, reduce chemical usage, and provide consumers with confidence in the authenticity of organic materials.

GOTS - Global Organic Textile Standard®
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world's leading certification for organic textiles, ensuring strict environmental and social criteria are met throughout the entire supply chain. It guarantees that organic fibres are sustainably sourced, responsibly processed, and independently verified. GOTS certification also sets high standards for chemical usage, wastewater treatment, and ethical labour practices. By choosing GOTS-certified products, we support a more sustainable textile industry while providing transparency and integrity in organic production.

GOTS In-Conversion - Global Organic Textile Standard In-Conversion®
The GOTS In-Conversion certification supports farmers transitioning from conventional to fully organic agriculture—a process that typically takes three years. This certification ensures that strict environmental and social criteria are followed during the conversion period, encouraging sustainable farming practices while maintaining traceability throughout the supply chain. By using GOTS In-Conversion materials, we help farmers overcome financial and operational barriers to organic certification, accelerating the shift toward a more sustainable future for textiles.

Better Cotton®
We Beechfield Brands are committed to improving cotton farming practices globally with Better Cotton.
Better Cotton is sourced via a chain of custody model called mass balance. This means that Better Cotton is not physically traceable to end products, however, Better Cotton Farmers benefit from the demand for Better Cotton in equivalent volumes to those we ‘source.’
We are committed to sourcing 90% of our cotton as Better Cotton, recycled cotton, organic cotton and Fairtrade cotton.

FAIRTRADE®
We are proud to be Fairtrade certified. This means the cotton in our Fairtrade products is sourced from Fairtrade farmers, ensuring fairer prices and supporting farmers and workers to strengthen their businesses and invest in their communities. Look for our products made with Fairtrade certified cotton.
By choosing Fairtrade cotton, we stand with farmers and workers for a fairer future.
